Breaditation Class -- Basic Bread Making Class with Flavored Butters
Bread making is a meditative process. Bread is fundamental to our experience as humans and an important part of our culinary culture. Bread making invites in a sense of comfort and companionship.
This will be an unapologetically slow and hands-on class. Come along as we explore the magic and science of yeast fermentation. No technically demanding recipes. Just simple, basic ingredients and a little TLC. As the dough rises we will explore flavored butters. Perfect for beginner’s or experienced bakers (and meditators!)
$40 per person Ages 10 and above welcome
